I agree... a buy out would be an 'end' price... but a merger with this company which is in effect 'going public' is just their beginning....

And they bought into their pre-IPO company at $17m CAD valuation... and we are at 11m CAD.  Clearly they only invest if they can see multiples of their investment possible.

I think it reduces risk to have deep pockets like this, and increases the blue sky potential.  My initial reaction was to sell, but the more I look at it the more I like it.  I think we have not risen more due to the lack of clarity on th e price of the merger.
