They year end result will be announced Apr 28 after the close of the market. If they were already producing from the new wells now, I agree they should announce it, because it is quite a period of time before the year end announcement. If they can deliver, the news should come out in a couple of days. Otherwise, either it is deferred or as you said, they simply don't care.
