Just ahead of AGM today. Either it's an attempt to quell shareholder activism, or an attempt to boost stock price now that big wave of selling is over. Either way, didn't seem to have the desired immediate effect.

Though volume is not very high at the moment. Stock is down but appears to me to be more of muted reaction compared to the other wild opening reactions RKN has experienced.
