Debt is another area of no worry that most appreciate. 

Yes, it may be a drag,however, BC has also indicated that acquisition is a possibility.  If he does one,IMO, it would be a positive for TMG.  I have no idea how he would swing a deal to acquire another entity.  You never know in the world of business.

Like where the pudding mixture is presently at especially since the recent SP rise to prove up.  Look for  the next leg up trusting that is not too presumptuous.

 Reverse splits IMO  are a signal to investors to run away as fast as possible.  There are good cases for a reverse I am sure, but not the likes of TMG,IMO. 

Will the cash flow be burnt?
Will the cash flow remain status quo?
Will the cash flow require a bigger wheel barrel?
