share selling

share sellingI don't know who is selling their shares but when the company announced on February 15th that they had bought 9 past producing mines, they paid $250,000 and 5 million shares. The news release didn't say that there was a hold back period before the shares could be sold. Usually there is a 4 month wait but when the news release is silent about this maybe we are seeing some selling from this deal. If this is the case and somebody needs money we could see the share price continue down for some time until the selling finishes.
