HISTORICAL

In 2012 NWH.UN was at around $12/unit. In 2012 bank interest rates were pretty well double to triple todays rates Now with yesterdays new issue we had a a drop to $10.65/unit. Anyone have a good historrical AFFO /unit from 2011 to now ? Is it a good buy at $10.65/unit?
