I am not nuts. 'Intrinsic value' is in your mind. There is no place you can go to ask for the intrinsic value of something. But if you want cash for something, you can only get what the market offers you. Zaff paid a tiny fraction of the former 'value' of the assets, because they were the only ones willing to pay anything at all for money-losing assets.
Where are the others who believe in your intrinsic value, and why are they not bidding up the stock?
I own some IFOS but I am not counting on intrinsic value of the assets. I am only waiting to see if they are able to make money or not.
Treetop2 - Well stated.
The assets are only valuable if they can generate positive cash flow and proftis. Otherwise it's just a number for accounting purposes not real-world value.
