RE:RE:News release questions:Not trying to nitpick, and I agree with your points. Except "retained", doesn't necessarily mean they have been previously working with. I get what you're thinking, but not sure it's true here. As "retained legal counsel" means to obtain legal counsel, so that term is mostly used as a synonym to "obtain", but means to "To engage the services of an attorney or counsellor to manage a cause".
The real point here is the 3m incentive on sales. That's the kind of agreement I like to see management create. It shows more than just "we spend shareholder money on ideas of what we plan to do" like what goes on over with EAT where very little seems to be actually happening.

The company is basically a strategic consultant that provides a hands on service. So they have listed their experience. 2) The major convenience store is 7/11, which we already know. I have no idea why they don't just disclose that in the news releases when its sitting right in their investor presentation. 3) Critical Mass needs to bring Tinley's sales up to $3mm in order to receive the 400k shares. I don't believe that their is a strict timeline on it, but this is a great way to incentivize them to get the job done...rather than just paying them money. 4) You're right...Dan and has team has been partnered with Jeff all along. This is just the first that we are hearing about it. The news release said that they have "retained" Critical Mass, which means that they had already been using their knowledge and expertise.

"The 25-store trial with a major convenience store, announced on December 5, 2016..." I think we should be allowed to know what major convenience store this is.... guessing 7/11.
Critical mass needs 3M in sales to get the 400K shares? It says annually but this is very vague. Maybe someone else understands this but - what is the timeline - are they already underway and have until the end of this year to hit 3M? I would imagine with the potential sales number that've been thrown around on here 3M should be a piece of cake?
Also find it interesting after reading Dan Morads bio, it would seem he's been partnered with Jeff all along. Many of the stores he's worked with are included, along with the mention of ingredients of drinks which matches Hemplify. Was critical mass created specifically for working with TNY or have they really done business with all these other major chains?
This isnt a bash. These are questions.
