Is It Over?

Is It Over?What a gong show this company turned into the past six months. One moment they are announcing a PP for 30 cents and now everyone has resigned and the assets look like they will be liquidated.. They were winning contracts and for the lack of some working capital this has happened? It doesn't really make much sense to me. Is there anyone left here who has an opinion?
