RE:RE:Is It Over?I still don't get it.They had contracts and insurance coverage through EDC for payment defaults. They finalized the credit facility with HSBC only 10 months ago, and now they are going into receivership. Why didn't they amend the PP to 10 cents or whatever they needed to keep them going? There are mining companies on this exchange who have no hard assets except a prospective property, that are able to raise funds for a drill program. Luxor had cash flow, new contracts, and their manufacturing facility, and yet no one was interested in their equity at any price?
The whole CEO resigning, then us finding out that he actually had passed away, was another bizarre twist to this story.
