Management Cease trade= Blackout.

This whole NR has me wondering' Wouldn’t you have to show some type of financial information’s to receive a 58,000,000.00 loan?

Yet Management wants another 3 weeks to prepare & finalize then announce the annual 2016?

Methinks there could actually be a surprise in the numbers one that helps the stock head North.. Just speculation on my part.
