RE:RE:Continuous Disclosure RequirementsStranger5, the problem is, it's someone(S) job to be on top of this! My job as an investor/shareholder in a regulated market is to be provided material disclosure on a timely continuous basis so that I may perform due diligence to the best of my ability with the information provided. If and when this is NOT respected, the risks and uncertainties associated with the investment are not fully reflected thus potentially being exposed to an investment that doesn't suit my investor profile.
