RE:ThoughtsTo an extent you are correct, however due to the election, uncertainty of Obamacare, and stance next president would take on healthcare the sector fell out of favor and companies that were looking to expand slowed down instead which was reasonable based on the changing environment.
But now things are revolving the other way for health, in particular for the addiction space.
