U.S. oil demand increases 0.9 percent in January to 19.234 m U.S. crude oil demand increased in January, rising 179,000 barrels per day (bpd) to 19.234 million barrels, the U.S. Energy Department said in a monthly report on Friday.
U.S. oil production during the month rose 60,000 bpd to 8.835 million bpd, the U.S. Energy Information Administration said Friday.
