3:30 n Zurich is before the markets open on Tuesday, here in the eastern time zone. So I would think they will issue some good news on Monday, let the markets trade thru, then amplify whatever it is during their 15 minute allotment. Remember, they're there to sell the big picture to the European Investment Community, so they most likely would not want to spend all their time on "breaking news", of a blockbuster nature.We'll see.....
