RE:RE:Optimistic April10x? You need all of Liberia, Guinea, Chad issues positively resolved to achieve 10x. Essel will go ahead with the Kenya project only after Liberia is secured, my brain thinks. My brain also imagines that Liberia PSC comes before the shareholder meeting. That would be nice, no?
