Croptimal ?

For the sharholders of Eurocontrol . Thou im very excited for the possiblies Croptimal would bring for the future for the company . Im curious what you guys think about Mr. Rowlands saying Croptimal could possibly spilt from Eurocontrol as a separate company ? Since as shareholders We have invested in the whole of this company. Would we need to vote to separate it from the main company or would it just happen? And would we get shares in the new company?
