The Company’s primary investment objective is to generate high current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation. The Company seeks to achieve these objectives by investing primarily in junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) rated BB. In addition, the Company may invest up to 35% of its total assets (at the time of investment) in CLO equity securities and other securities and instruments that are consistent with its investment objectives. The Company may also invest in other securities and instruments objectives such as securities issued by other securitization vehicles. The Company may also invest in other junior debt tranches of CLOs, senior debt tranches of CLOs, loan accumulation facilities (LAF) and other related securities and instruments. RE: Why are people selling. some just want the cash now instead of waiting. The actual closing and pay outs sometimes take a few weeks or more. A factor is depends when one bought and at what price will decide for you. wally
