Very Big Player in the 3D Printing MarketGood day, I supported this company for 6 months and bought alot of shares wth the belief PYR was going to rock the socks off the 3D printing market.
Being the inventor of this technology, it was to be first to market and therefore having a huge competitive edge against its competitors.
Well, to my surprise this is not the case, (see below)
fyi, I will be reducing my share position accordingly.
IMO PyroGenesis is still a good company, but not as "grand" as I thought 6 months ago.
3M Develops New Patent-Pending Technology for the 3D Printing
New 3D printing technologies are being developed at such a rapid pace that it’s easy to imagine a near future in which there isn’t anything that can’t be 3D printed. We can already print living tissue, for heaven’s sake, and recently a patent application was filed for a 3D printer that prints diamonds. What’s left? As it turns out, there are still quite a few materials that haven’t made it to the 3D printer yet – but companies like 3M are working steadily at getting them there.
