The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

Previous management did some things very well (making money, growing a business comes to mind) and some things not so well (IR, corporate governance, building a solid legal foundation that shareholders could feel comfortable with...)
Overall I think it was time but on the other hand, I also think Goldstein deserves a lot of credit for his work...
I spend a lot of time on this over the weekend and decided to seriously increase my investment. I think this company for the longest time had management issues hanging over it and I am going to work on the assumption that this is a step towards resolving them.
Once ownership of intelectual property is resolved and we had a few good quarters this should be a lot higher imo
