RE:Doron Reinis (Xwinsys and Xenemetrix CEO) never buy Doron also hasn't sold, he still holds all the shares he acquired through the sale of Xenemetrix, more than 4 million shares.....so I'd say he has plenty of skin in the game and adequate incentive to succeed:
