Pros

Innovative technology, but do to upper management lack of experience and direction the company is in a long term holding pattern

Cons

The company is and was during my entire time there well underfunded. Employees were often worried that their paychecks might not be forthcoming on time. This creates an environment where the best people leave and the remaining are always worried

Advice to Management

Get a CEO with experience
