RE:Protect the Company and its assets from the claims of credit
RE:Protect the Company and its assets from the claims of creditWhat Glenn Kelly did today was probably his only option other than declare outright bankruptcy. Going forward however Orbite's credibility is lower than even When Glenn Kelly announced that he was told of a surprise 10 million dollar over run and deficit in the budget. Do we really know the extent of the problems plaguing the plant? Without a proper independent audit do we really know the true financial position of the company? After assuring us NR after NR that management is more than pleased with how things were going at the plant can we believe the CEO who doesn't reside in the Gaspe and hardly visited the plant over the years that he really knows what is going on there? With more than a half billion shares outstanding and the need of further financings that will increse dilution to who knows how many shares, how solvent would this HPA plant be even if they did succeed? Who will guarantee that after spending many millions more that there will not be further costly problems to work out because of commissioning? After all this is the first time such a process requiring so much heat required to produce 5 tons per day of HPA is being attempted. After years of management bungling timelines and redoing a completed HPA plant from start a second time the costs end up well over 115 million dollars and countinhg. Who in his right mind will pump more money into this without a great premium to share holders. Who are you to accuse and denegrade legitimite share holders who are expressing outrage at Orbite's management and view the future with great skeptimism and very close to hopeless. I will not reprint what reputable brokers told me today their opinion of Orbite and how they treated their shareholders. CL and the Board of Directors should fire Glenn Kelly for bringing our shares down to a half a cent before it was halted during the pre market this morning.
