What did you make of the information that came with the voting package?
I haven't had a chance to go through it in detail yet but i did see something about being offered 'fair market value'. Normally when a company goes T.U. you are just SOL, why would they offer to buy our 'worthless' shares? Maybe they are just concerned about people losing their money? (like I'm sure most companies are) OK, so they want to pick up a s**t load cheap, there must be a reason for them shaking the tree.
Captiva Verde (VEG) went bankrupt owing a lot but are coming back with a brand new plan ('take the seed from Columbia and Mexico, plant it up the holler down Copperhead Road' love that song).
Could this be happening here? (not the Steve Earle plan, the spinco part :-)
