the market is always a learning process.

i dont think management would drop price of stock in order to do an issue cheap.
in fact , i believe i would be the contrary.

i believe it's an accumulation of sellers, no more buyers paying up, one getting frustrated and selling at.135, the  other sellers starting to follow, bids disapearing and the rest history.

we will see where  and when the buying comes back.
