Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Just added more !!! Thank for your great post !!!Sales went up last last reported quarter (7.8 million in Q3 versus 7.4 million in Q2), not down.    I would ask that you please check facts before posting here. 

Q4 numbers are not out yet.   Year over year, they are likely better although they may be down compared to Q3 because people are usually not in rehab over the holidays (seasonal effect that they've seen before).   However, costs should also end up being lower in Q4 as build costs were down and they implemented some cost cutting measures. 

In terms of profitability, they just pulled off nearly a million per month in savings and have become profitable. Not sure how you are not seeing the turnaround.
