Typos in quarterly statement?

The quarterly listings statement posted on the CSE today is here:

Page 5 is signed by Posner listing his official capacity as CEO, and page 6 also shows Director/CEO under contact position.  I hope this just a typo and not indicative of some change in management in the near future?

By the way, the most previous quarterly statement from January is here:

and correctly has Posner signing as Director on both pages 5 and 6, with Fraser as CEO.

Also, their financial statements posted today have a different company's name in the title of the pdf, namely "Vena Resources Inc". (See title in tab bar when opening https://thecse.com/sites/default/files/NHII_FS.pdf).  Was/is there overlap between these two companies in directors or people, or a common financial company prepared the statements for both EAT and Vena??
