Actually, if you are doing DD, the CTO ceases the 5th, today is the 5th so the CTO is no longer in effect. We all know that. What your DD (as you call it) has not revealed is what the decision is, which will be out after close today or tomorrow.
What you do not know is if the stock is halted for the decision and whether it trades or not "AFTER THE DECISION".
So your definition of DD is skimpy.

Sooo let me add here. The CTO ceases today at market close which is the 5th. The investigation will be out after or tomorrow.
