RE:RE:SAN.V (Solar Alliance Energy Inc.) released this news todayThey seem to want us to just vote to sell of and delist.  Thats what the package looks like.  

I am not sure why anyone would want that if there was a possible buyout, or is the board looking to cozy up to SAN for treats and goodies.
