Time to Plug In

Time to Plug InMoney talks. Amazon can run plug up by itself but more to the point why did Ballard not pop? With the way Ballard has been unable to move up I think its time to switch into plug if the shares dont open above 3 bucks. Just switch at market in the am. Plug has nowhere to go but up and BLDP isnt going up
