BMF SalesHey guys, I know this has been talked about a lot, but I would appreciate some clarifying input.
So if I understand correctly, GLH now owns BMF's brands as well as licenses their processes and expertise to them. The two company's interests are aligned, especially since Saladino is also part of GLs BoD. But BMF takes a cut on the sale of GLH brands in Washington. And what's this about GLH not being able to claim their share of the sales on their financials due to state law? Is there a significant amount of accrued sales then waiting to be claimed? Is there any evidence suggesting the amount of and timeline that this will be claimed?
It would be great if these numbers could be realized prior to their upcoming stock financing.
