The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

The DCSX in Curacao has a listing committee which is responsible for approving new listings on the exchange. I have not been able to find out if there is a minimum stock price as I believe there is for the NYSE but I did find some interesting news as it relates to China.
