It appears those that believe there is a strong chance this stock will never trade again are selling to at least get a write off.
if it halts and no resumption of trade occurs, the bag holders won't be able to get any kind of tax loss to apply toward any future gains.
$64,000.00 question is has the clock on Petromin finally struck midnight?
