RE:RE:INSANE DEMANDYep, non brokered and all spoken for. The plan is to get that nasty high interest financing debt under control before they do the FGD JV.

I have no doubt that the PP was verbally spoken for at the time of issuing.  I've been trying to find out what the funds are to be used for. Maybe SCG has to sweeten the deal to get FGD to close?  Maybe secured debt holders need some sweetener too.  Just don't know.
