La mine Whabouchi de Nemaska Lithium devrait dmarrer officiellement au premier trimestre de 2018. Ce projet reprsente un investissement de 250 millions. Au plus fort de la construction, jusqu' 400 personnes travailleront sur le site. Environ 125 employs seront ncessaires pour les oprations. Actuellement, le btiment qui accueillera le concentrateur commercial est termin. La construction d'un garage et de btiments administratifs ainsi que l'installation d'quipements devraient commencer sous peu. Quelque 1,1 million de tonnes de minerai seront extraites chaque anne pour produire 213 000 tonnes de concentr de spodumne. Le produit sera expdi l'usine de Shawinigan de Nemaska Lithium pour tre transform.

The Whabouchi of Nemaska Lithium mine is expected to officially start in the first quarter of 2018. This project represents an investment of 250 million. At the height of the building, up to 400 people will be working on the site. Approximately 125 employees will be required for operations. Currently, the building that will house the commercial hub is complete. Construction of a garage and administrative buildings as well as the installation of equipment is expected to begin shortly. Some 1.1 million tons of ore will be extracted each year to produce 213 000 tonnes of concentrate of spodumene. The product will be shipped to the factory of Shawinigan in Nemaska Lithium to be transformed.
