"obviously not in any rush whatsover to have a suitor come and scoop them up for pennies on the dollar..." Gold Summary for March 22, 2017
by Stockwatch Business Reporter
Mr. de Jong, who has been a director of Integra since 2011 and its president and CEO since 2012, was getting $257,000 per year at last report, topped off by a $100,000 cash bonus. He also has help running the company. Mr. Salamis is executive chairman, and while chairmen rarely draw big salaries, the "executive" modifier is usually a synonym for "well-paid." Such is the case with Mr. Salamis, as he was pulling in $227,000 in salary at last report and he also got a $100,000 cash bonus. Their stock options are also big contributors to the executives, as Integra's stock has been moving higher since it bottomed at 12.5 cents four years ago.
