The company has shares of TerraWest that it was willing or can afford at the time of event. At the time there was no discovery or proven mega reserve of CBM. Petromin had to raise millions for the 80%, and it was its partner that was able to obtain much of the required capital. There is no denying of facts in the judgement because there is really no point in looking into the Decotiis claims further. He simple does not have a case against the company.
