Going on four months now in the search for a new CEO. I realize it takes time but we are not talking about MSFT or JNJ here. Could they be stalling or perhaps negotiating with parties interested in Bisha and or Timok? Likely not but it seems like a long time to find a replacement....

This is how I see it Tony. If Davis retires, the $14M payment is gone on change of ownership. I think there are likely discussions happening in the background which has put the search for a new CEO on the back burner.
