NWE price/sales

Based on its 3rd quarter results ( which is the most representative in my opinion due to oil prices compared to actual), NWE has a price to sales of 0,31, which is excessively low. Price to earnings is at 5, which is also a bit low. Based on 3rd quarter results, we should be closer 0,06/0,065$. Can't wait to see next financial news!
