RE:RE:RE:Another $190,000 1,000,000 PP

RE:RE:RE:Another $190,000 1,000,000 PPSure I am, are you familiar with the concept of budgeting and cash flow management.  I am sure they know what kind of cash flow they need to cover them for more than 3 weeks ( about the time of the last PP). So why was that last one so small if their budget indicated they would run out of funds in 3 weeks.  And why is this one so small, will it also only last 2 or 4 weeks?  Normal PP would be to get enough funds for 6 months or a year or enough money to do something that will change the share price for the better so that the next PP is at a higher price and causes less diluting.  This does not seem to follow that normal pattern.  It seems to me that one of two things is likely, A) they are expecting another source of funds and misjudged when the cash flow would begin so need another small extension of money - but why not just get a short term loan or B) someone wanted in on this investment and since the float and share volume on the open market is so low they would likely have had to drive the price back up to .32-.38 to get that volume in a short time, so they went direct to the company.
