AGM and share consolidation

AGM and share consolidationOn electronic docements on pli website ... annexe D... conolidation price is fix at 10$ US... so at friday's close (1.62$ USD) the ratio will be at 1 for 6... 

for me rhis ratio is to high... I will rather prefer a 1/3 or at least a 1/4... so we have to pray to see a spike on the stock price on the US market...

I will be at the AGM and hoping to get decent answer to annex D...and the plan to get a lift on sp previous to the consolidaton
