RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Javier, a couple points.Javier, actually, I know how fickle financiers can be at the best of times so I understand why it has been difficult to close the Grabasa deal.
You need to keep it real Javier. Nobody wants Grabasa because of the risk Spain encumbers them with.
Fairmont obviously saw a window of opportunity to enter into this space while the uber sensitivity to the Spain risk exists.
Unfortunately for citizens of Spain, Grabasa remains with only one contender at the table that could get operations up and running again.
Your secondary bid is the real kick in the nutts for your fellow countrymen.
I suggest they tend to their nutts rather than gloss up their eyes as you lay the boots to their chances of having Grabasa operations up and running again.

- A price under your expectatives.
- The custody of all the assets for free. All the town has been keeping the assets secured waiting you.
- 1 year to pay.
- An excellent positive marketing, with reports in newspapers and the use of the brand Grabasa for free during 1 year.
- A proposal from Avante to give you 3 Million after you pay the plant.
With this, your shares changed its price from 0,01 to 0,23.
And now you are requesting MORE.
What do you want? 5, 10 years to pay? The plant for free? Do you want the court pays you a fee of 1 Million Euro if you restart the factory? What else?
As you have never traveled to Spain, maybe you believe that Spaniards are stupid. Maybe it is this what it is happening. Scammers believing the rest are idiots and don´t see what really happen.
PAY OR GO TO HELL. This is what really is happening.
