Correlation between market and AVO

Correlation between market and AVO
Per a previous request for input. Has anyone else noticed what I believe is going on with AV) and stock market.   Its a non-scientific observation that  points to AVO going in opposite direction of typical market trading.  Am I right and if I am, what do you think is the reason.  Is it simply seeking or dumping of tech stock when other markets / corn, retail, borrowing rates are looking better or worse.  Appreciate anyone’s input. 

 
Also, while trying to read tea leaves.  If US can’t pass borrowing bill at the end of April and non-essential services shut down for a week,2,3,4…….  What do you think this will do to market and per above question, will it help or hinder dear old AVO?
