RE:RE:issues on pensions / uswThe pension fund is over-funded (114% if I recall correctly) at present and management wants to increase the age of eligibility to be changed from 58 to 60. Most people would think that these are reasonable requests.

Would anyone have info on what the workers are looking for? ...what they have in place... the type of pension i.e. indexed to inflation.  ...how much extra potential financial weight?
