RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:news !!!

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:news !!!Stocks often retrace to the private placement prices - at least temporarily. There are even rules in place on the TSX Venture about how much lower the price of a private placement can be. At some point this is just likely a bit of a self fullfilling prophecy, as is peopel think it will dip even temporarily, they start selling, then down it goes. s not as good.

The announcement shows that the company is serious about this aquistion, which is good. There is now going to be significant diluation, which will reduce the overall upside of the deal, which is not as good.

On news, the stock went from .08 to .26, and increase of  18 cents. A retracement of around 50% is not unusual, and we know that they were abole to convince a brokerage that the deal is worth more than .16 (they always want a deal).  I believe we will see the price start to trickle up as the week goes on as more speculators move in.    All IMHO, and I bought more today on the pullback.
