Hunter:Since everyone has their own interpretation on what will happen moving forward, I will take the liberty to present why I am invested based on my model calculations. This is what I see moving forward. (Feedback appreciated) The share price will hold in the .60 to .70 range until we get the nod on 1M Ozs on the Sugar. This will happen. That will move the share price accordingly to the .75 to .80 level. Shortly thereafter we will get another round of dilution. Bought deal. 50M shares at the .75 level with warrants attached. This will produce in the neighborhood of 37M. This will pay for the Mill, cost overruns (which always happen) and additional exploration money moving forward. Now we will have a Mill paid for and an operation that is totally sustainable on cash flow. Gold will probably not spike but given all the issues in the world the price, at the very least, will stay at current levels. I calculated Gold in my model at $1250 and the C$ at .75. Once this transpires the results and share price moving forward will become blue sky. Heres what my calculations indicate. Proven 2M Ozs share price1.19, 3M Ozs 1.78, 5M Ozs 2.97, 10M Ozs 5.95. Conclusion: At these prices you will not lose. Moving forward the opportunities are tremendous. The aforementioned calculations are on the low side and do not account for speculative activity. In short a very conservative estimate. Conclusion: Long and strong.
