ACB will be a world leader...Tobacco companies may get involved and play a role, but the big players will run things.
Marijuana may have some similarities but it's a different animal altogether from tobacco.
i can see tobacco companies leasing or selling land and getting involved in marketing, but it will all be at the behest of the likes of ACB, Canopy, and Aphria.
