Apparently Jim CEO submitted he draft JV papers to the BOD

Apparently Jim CEO submitted he draft JV papers to the BOD and they responded with 25 amendments.  Jim is working thru the amendments now.- Mark M.There is no  scheduled announcement date yet for the complete JV.  Once the JV is definite there are back orders from companies to test mining samples for target minerals and there will be revenue.

I have lost money, too.  Three months ago Mark assured me that Jim is an experienced astute business and it sounded like the papers would be completed soon. lol
