North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

It is not fake emotion Mag. They TOTALLY mishandled the dividend cut. Companies that cut their dividend are usually in financial trouble. These guys have $200 million in cash. Again they could have telegraphed their intentions on the dividend. All they had to say was that there were reviewing the dividend and that it may be cut in the future in order to conserve cash for Timok. Not just cut it without warning especially after the CEO said it would never happen under his watch. The copper issue has been ongoing forever now (so it is not the main reason for the latest decline)but the abrupt dividend cut has cost us about $200 million or so in market cap. That is all on management my friend. Again I am not in this for the dividend or could care less about it since day one but many obviously where and management should have known this. In the end I really think it was as easy as communicating your intentions and preparing the market for it....
