RE:RE:RE:Once PP is closed this thing still has HUGE potential I don't think so. The big trader that works through RBC and TD is doing most of the trading on this one. Pushed it down below th PP price to shake out cheap shares and make us think exactly what you said (killed all momentum). These guys are good, and can run stocks on their own - I've seen it happen numerous times. 

WIth this PP they will now have 100M shares outstanding. At .15, that's a market cap of $15M. with $40M in sales, and they claim, it will continue to be a profitable company.

Deal is supposed to close by this Friday, which is of course a holiday. Will get interesting Thursday, as speculation of the deal closing increases, and speculation of delays, etc. 

I think at think level there is still room to go if they get this done. The dilution must mean the potential price increase is lessened, but should be a lot higher than .15.
